Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from FONICAL EU on this website. FONICAL sells phones and devices to consumers. Prices include VAT. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order or take payment. Device specs, IMEI status, and stock are as stated on the product page at the time of checkout.

Payment and delivery

We accept card. Cash on delivery is only available when that shop has it enabled. The total is the product price plus the shipping method you pick at checkout. Courier delivery needs a name, address, and phone. Pickup is available where listed. We ship from one warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes when the carrier delivers the parcel or you collect it. If an item cannot be fulfilled we cancel and refund.

Contract

The contract is between you and the seller operating this shop. We do not unlock, repair, or service devices. You can withdraw under the 14-day returns page if the device stays unactivated. Publish your legal name, address, and VAT number on this page in ops before you take live orders.
