FONICAL EU is the controller for this shop. We sell phones and devices. We do not sell your data. Edit this page in ops with your legal name, address, VAT number, and a contact email before you take live orders.

What we collect

Cart and checkout need a session so you can buy. An order stores your name, address, email, phone, payment method, and the UTM or referrer that brought you — even if you decline the banner. If you write to us or subscribe, we keep that message or email.

Cookies and visits

If this shop shows a consent banner and you have not accepted, we do not set a visitor cookie. We only count aggregated visits (path, language, traffic source, a same-day hash) — like Plausible. Accept sets a fonical-vid cookie so we can remember this visit, page views, and the last source. Decline keeps the cookieless count. We store your Accept or Decline choice in a consent cookie so the banner does not return every time. If the banner is off, this shop treats visits as accepted.

Who sees it

Hosting, the database, and the card processor see what they need to run the shop and take payment. Couriers get the delivery address. We do not run third-party ads. We keep order and visitor records while we need them for the sale, support, and accounting, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw Accept. Email the address on your order confirmation or the one published on this page. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
