14-day withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer from FONICAL EU, you may withdraw from the sale within 14 days of receiving the device, without giving a reason. The device must be unactivated and still sellable: original packaging, all accessories, and no IMEI or network use. This is the same rule shown on the product pages — return an unactivated device. There is no service desk for activated or used units.

How to return

Email the address on your order confirmation and include the order reference. We will tell you where to send the parcel. You pay return shipping unless the item was wrong, damaged, or defective. After we inspect the device we refund the original payment method, including outbound shipping if the goods were not as described. We refund within 14 days of withdrawal; we may wait until the goods arrive back.

Warranty

Sealed devices include a 2-year EU warranty against defects. That is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Write to us with the order reference and what is wrong. Edit this page in ops if your legal name, address, or return depot changes.
